She's stays online after every class waiting to answer any questions you may have, and keeps every question in mind for future classes, making sure to explain moves and provide alternatives to positions that may be more difficult or challenging. In one yoga class with Meg, you'll get a great workout and some much needed mindfulness practice. I've done yoga before and have always enjoyed it, but Megan is on another level. Meg’s Yoga Lounge is just so fantastic! Megan’s whole being is angelic! She keeps you motivated and is an incredible teacher.
